With incredible discipline and ambition Tim Raue pulled himself out of Berlin’s Wrangelkiez and into a star awarded kitchen. At the age of seventeen Raue began his culinary training, by the age of twenty-three he already achieved the position of executive chef.

In 2010 he opened his first restaurant „Tim Raue“ in Berlin-Kreuzberg, which in 2012 had been awarded with 2 stars from the prestigious Michelin Guide. Since 2014, beside chef Tim Mälzer, Raue became a TV host for the successful television format “Kitchen Impossible”.

He is the first German Chef to ever have an episode on the popular Netflix series “The Chef’s Table”, where only the world’s best chefs show their stuff. In March 2017 Tim released his first book, “My Way: From The Gutter To The Stars”
