Managing Director - Reform ("IKEA Hack")
Rebecca Werst was the first employee of Reform, a Copenhagen-based kitchen company which was founded by Jeppe Christensen and Michael Andersen in late 2014. Their concept is to hack IKEA kitchens with designs from internationally acclaimed architects.
Two years later, Werst took this concept to Germany and opened the first Berlin office. Today, a team of five people is supporting customers in Germany, Switzerland and Austria in their planning process both at the berlin showroom and online.
Rebecca studied Business Administration and Spanish at the University of Mannheim and the Zeppelin University in Friedrichshafen at lake Constance. Her passion for design and the startup world lead her to join Reform in early 2015. After having worked in several consultancies, she is now leading the Berlin office and – in collaboration with the two founders – working on Reform’s future from both Berlin and Copenhagen.
